KUNMING CITY

00:51 - Yunnan Nationalities Village
Yunnan province is home to 26 different minority ethnic groups and you can experience all of them right here! (FUN FACT: China has a total of 56 ethnic groups! Talk about diversity!)

01:04 - Dragon Gate, Western Hills
Skillfully carved on a large natural rock, it is said that once you enter the dragon gate, you will become famous and successful. Who can say no to good luck?!

01:20 - Green Lake Park
Here at one of the most beautiful parks in Kunming city, you can catch locals engaging in recreational activities. It’s the perfect place to absorb the Kunming culture!

01:31 - Shilin Stone Forest
Epic or what? This 400 sq km-wide area of towering limestones (all natural!) was considered the “First Wonder of the World” to the Chinese. Marvel at the different karst formation around this stone forest!

01:41 - Jiuxiang Scenic Region
Explore the cluster of karst caves in this region, the largest of such complex in China! Here you’ll get to explore a bat cave, lying dragon cave, grand lion hall and fairy field, among others.

DALI

01:50 - Three Pagodas
Three impressive 1,800-year-old pagodas that are still standing to this day and are a symbol of the history of Dali City.

02:04 - Dali Ancient City
A thousand-year-old city with so much history and culture where the past and present coexist.

LIJIANG

02:23 - Old Town of Lijiang
A town with a history going back more than 1,000 years, it remains largely untouched and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Scale this 5,596-metre giant! (SIKE! You can actually take a cable car up 4506 metres!)

02:51 - Blue Moon Valley
As its name suggests, it's an extremely blue river meandering through a lush valley of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain! Definitely a must-visit!

02:58 - Jade Dragon Snow Mountain (4506-metre peak)
Get a bird's eye view of Lijiang from on top the most southerly snowcapped mountain in the Northern Hemisphere!

Catch this magnificent outdoor singing and dancing performance demonstrating the tradition and lifestyle of the local ethnic people! You even get a picturesque view of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain as the background!

A great place to see the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain but an even better place to take sick IG pictures!

If you're all about that hiking/fitspo life then we recommend going on this 2-day-1-night hike up the Tiger Leaping Gorge! The views are out of this world! That, we guarantee!
