Fernando Fernán Gómez (Buenoa Aires, Argentina, 28 de agosto de 1921 - Madrid, España, 21 de noviembre de 2007) fue un novelista, dramaturgo, actor, guionista y director de cine, de teatro y de televisión español.

A los 60 años se considera mas escritor que actor. Recuerda la tertulia del Café Gijón, donde hizo de 'mecenas' de su Premio literario, y su adolescencia como 'recitador'.
Comenta su primer libro/separata poética, "A Roma por algo", y la primera novela, "El vendedor de naranjas".
Repasa también sus inicios desatrosos como escritor de teatro. Su gran éxito, "Las bicicletas son para el verano" la escribió en 1977, y aún no se había estrenado cuando interviene en el programa en 1980.
Y sus interpretaciones en teatro. Con un gran sentido el humor se queja de la tortura de la repetición de las representaciones y las miserias de las giras.
Repasan su vida desde la infancia...y sus primeros estudios...hasta el debut en teatro.

Fernando Fernán Gómez (Buenoa Aires, Argentina, August 28, 1921 - Madrid, Spain, November 21, 2007) was a Spanish novelist, playwright, actor, screenwriter, and film, theater, and television director.

At 60 he considers himself more of a writer than an actor. He remembers the gathering at the Café Gijón, where he was a 'patron' of his literary prize, and his adolescence as a 'reciter'.
He comments on his first book / poetic offprint, "To Rome for something", and his first novel, "The orange seller".
He also reviews his disastrous beginnings as a theater writer. His big hit, "Bicycles Are for Summer" was written in 1977, and had not yet been released when he appeared on the show in 1980.
And the interpretations of him in theater. With a great sense of humor, he complains about the torture of the repetition of performances and the misery of the tours.
They review his life from childhood... and his first studies... until his theater debut.
His first success was "Thieves are honest people", by Jardiel Póncela, of whom they make an emotional portrait.
