This is my 1999 BMW R1150 GS which has no neutral light and gear indicator - no neutral light on the dash and no gear indicator either, and the bike won't start when the side stand is down which is all linked to the gear position switch.
In this video I bring the bike to the barn to diagnose the problem. From checking the battery connections and running through battery voltage tests, to tapping on the gear position indicator switch to see if it can bring it back to life.
