GARNET PORTA is a 4-axis door processing machine. It is designed to perform operations such as hinge placement, lock cylinder, handle placement, slot opening, etc. on a completed door. It automatically selects its tool from the standard 4-piece tool magazine. It performs the operations with the servo-controlled 5.6 kW HITECO motor on it. It can process the
top, bottom, and front surfaces of the profile with a single motor. The processable door dimensions are up to 3600 mm in length, 1400 mm in width, 150 mm in height, and 200 mm in surface width.
GARNET PORTA 4 eksen kapı işleme makinesidir. Tamamlanmış kapı üzerinde menteşe yeri, barel, kol yer, kanal açma vb. gibi işlemleri gerçekleştirmek için üretilmiştir. Standart 4 adet takım magazininden otomatik bir şekilde takımını seçer. İşlemleri üzerinde bulunan servo kontrollü 5.6 kW HITECO motor ile gerçekleştirir. Profilin üst, alt ve ön yüzeyini
tek bir motorla işleyebilmektedir. İşlenebilir kapı ölçüleri ise 3600 mm uzunluk, 1400 mm genişlik 150 mm yükseklik ve 200 mm yüzey genişliğine kadar işleyebilmektedir.
