Since 2017, Tacugama has worked with local communities to safeguard Jaibui, deploying eco-guards, monitoring wildlife, and integrating conservation education into schools. Now, we are calling for Jaibui to be designated as a wildlife sanctuary, ensuring long-term protection for its rich biodiversity while supporting ecotourism, research, and local livelihoods.
