Mohammed believes strongly in the ability of Yemenis to become professional IT programmers and developers that could one day be recruited by countries in the region and the world. However, to do so, there will be need to pursue education, training and a lot of hard work.

يرى محمد عكار أن اليمن فيها ما يكفي من موارد بشرية وكفاءات لتتحول إلى مورد إقليمي هام للمنطقة بحيث تستفيد دول الخليج من المبرمجين اليمنيين في المجالات المختلفة. ولكن كي يتحقق ذلك، فهنالك العديد من الخطوات التي يجب اتباعها والتي على رأسها التحصيل العلمي والمهني والمثابرة.
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience.
