Suspended Deputy National Police Commissioner Shadrack Sibiya denies receiving Impalas from alleged criminal mastermind Vusimuzi “Cat” Matlala.
Evidence presented at the Madlanga Commission shows Sibiya sent images of two Impalas to General Khosi Senthumule, two days after Matlala allegedly delivered them.
Despite a voice recording of Matlala confirming the delivery, he insists it never happened and suggested the recording may have been AI-generated.
