The 40th Weifang International Kite Festival, China's annual event, took place in April, 2023! And for the first time in 3 years, kite enthusiasts from all over the world have descended upon the city of Weifang in Shandong Province, to fly some of the most amazing kites ever seen.
Stu was there to speak to some of the international competitors who had flown in especially to attend. And after discovering that Team UK hadn't turned up, he did the only thing that he could: Step up and represent his country!
