Modifying a stock muffler off a 2003 Buell XB9S. I installed this muffler on my 2004 XB12S when it was finished. It was an exact fit on the bike, no modification had to be done to the bike itself or the chin spoiler. This project turned out better than I could have expected and it sounds awesome on the bike. Definitely a lot cheaper that a $800-$900 custom exhaust. I did this entire project in my garage with the exception of the welding. The only cost I incurred was $5-$6 for a can of temperature rated exhaust spray paint. Check out my other videos for the follow up, I should have it posted shortly.
