I visited the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest just outside Greenwater, WA again for some more rockhounding. While scouting above Pyramid Creek I discovered a new spot with some stunning red & black agates as well as what is potentially petrified wood. I also explored around George Creek and the upper George Creek Cliff spot and found some agate, jasper, and what may be some common opal.
The landslide blocking FS-72 above 28 Mile Creek had not yet been cleared.
