Fondly known locally as “Chacha Dholi” (Uncle Dhol Drum Player!) this super Talented Drumming man literally roams the streets of Southall in West London, UK and puts smiles on people’s faces when they hear him..

He has quite the life story .. from playing on stage with world-renowned Bhangra Music legends .. to simply playing on the street and entertaining the public .. what was clear meeting him is that he is an absolute local legend and a human with great spirit and talent in his own right!!

Lockdown and the global pandemic has affected the lives of so many.. including some of the most vulnerable near and around us.. we’d like to hope we are all looking out for those we encounter and offer any help, even if just words of motivation and faith.

As well as playing the Dhol Drum .. the one they fondly call “Chacha Dholi” (Uncle Dhol Player!) .. is also singing snippets of Traditional Punjabi language Folk music and he also Freestyles some lyrics of hope that God will make Corona Virus go away so people can come together again and celebrate life ..
