Be The Dog- Playable Dogs by Abbalovesyou
Playable Dogs lets you play as either Dogmeat, a Raider dog or a mutated 'Vicious Dog'. Perfect for people that are looking for something a little different to keep the game fresh. While playing as a Dog, you can wear all compatible Dog armour and have access to all dog attacks. Installation instructions are found on the mod download page below.

Dogmeats Backpack by Higeyosi
This mod gives you a selection of backpacks for Dogmeat, allowing him to carry up to 150lbs extra weight. There are three packs available; 50, 100 and 150lbs, and each one has multiple colour variations available as add-ons from any armour workbench. Also included in this mod are four unique Dog Collars: Nuka Cola Cap, Barrel, Bell and Vault Tec Lunchbox.

Shei - Wolf Ally (Companion) by Netherworks
Shei is a mutated Wolf companion that can be used alongside any other existing companion (including Dogmeat). As normal dog armour would not fit the wolf mesh, her mod comes equipped with a custom version of each vanilla dog armour designed to fit her better. Since this video was made, the author has also included the option to change her colour between black, white, red and glowing at will. While not technically a Dogmeat mod, it's still a canine companion so sod it- close enough.

Labrador Dogmeat by smorris2012
An adapted Raider Dog mesh is used as the base for Labrador Dogmeat. Colours available are black, chocolate, yellow and "Bruce" - a modified yellow lab based on the authors pet.

Floppy Eared Dogmeat by MissMorose
Floppy Eared Dogmeat does exactly what it says on the tin- it gives Dogmeat floppy ears. There are four options available for download; Two are basic mesh replacers for Dogmeat, giving him either one or two floppy ears, one replaces him with a floppy-eared Raider dog and the third affects only NPC raider dogs. Either of the two basic Dogmeat-only options will be compatible with any existing Dogmeat retexture, provided it does not alter meshes.

Dog Combat Armours by Ghouls0Rules
This mod adds two sets of standalone dog armour, based on the combat armour set, which can be crafted at any chem station in-game. The light armour adds a few plates for protection while aesthetically retaining mobility, whereas the heavy armourmakes Dogmeat look a walking tank with a waggy tail. Also included is a modified Gas Mask which can be used with any dog armour.

Dogmetal (Dogs Robots companions) by Dlx
DogMetal has two options; either you can replace Dogmeat with your very own canine robot, or you can have a set of three DogBot companions to command (Or, if you want a swarm of 4 canine death machines following you around, why not both?).
You can craft one of four armour sets for each DogBot at a chem station and each has multiple colour options at any armour station in-game.

Have tried to make this one a bit shorter than the previous Dogmeat video (which, lets face it, went on forever). What are your thoughts? Too long? Too rushed?
