食材
棉花糖(剪成小塊)-200g、奇福餅乾(對折成小塊)-250g、無鹽奶油-80g、全脂奶粉-60g、蔓越莓果乾-100g
步驟
(1) 取一個金屬盆或耐熱玻璃盆,以小火隔水加熱將奶油融化。
(2) 維持小火,放入棉花糖拌勻至完全溶解,放入奶粉拌勻,再放入果乾及餅乾,並迅速拌勻。
(3) 將食材隔著烘焙紙桿平壓緊,並塑形成長方形,再包妥放入冷藏1小時,定型後切成適量大小即可。

Ingredients
200g marshmallow (cut into small pieces), 250g Ritz original crackers (break into chunks), 80g unsalted butter, 60g whole milk powder, 100g dried cranberries
Instructions
(1) Melt the unsalted butter over low heat in a double boiler.
(2) Add marshmallow and stir well until melt well, add whole milk powder and mix well. Add dried cranberries and Ritz original crackers, then mix well immediately.
(3) Pour the biscuits into the baking paper, flatten it by rolling pin, then shape it into a rectangle. Let it stand for 1 hour in fridge, then cut into small squares.
