Challenge 2: Follow the Nudge
Pay attention to one intuitive pull you would normally ignore. A conversation, an event, a message you feel prompted to send. Take the action within 48 hours. No overthinking. Just movement.
Challenge 3: Track the Ripples
For the next seven days, write down moments that feel like alignment. Unexpected conversations, opportunities, or small wins. Look for breadcrumbs instead of forcing outcomes. Awareness is the muscle you are building.
