Shahi chicken korma is a royal chicken curry recipe. Its so rich in flavour and has a delicious taste. Its so simple to cook & can be made very easily with very few ingredient which are easily available in our kitchen. Its mughlai dish.
Its rich and creaminess comes from the brown onion & cashew paste and flavour comes from the all ground garam masala.
Ingredients:
Chicken:- 750 gm
Onion:- 4
Ginger garlic paste :- 2 tbsp
Curd:- 1 Cup
Oil :- 1/2 Cup
Turmeric Powder :- 1 tsp
Cumin powder :- 1 tsp
Coriander powder :- 2 tbsp
Red chilly powder :- 2 tbsp
Garam masala Powder :- 1 tsp
Cashew :- 10
Saffron :- Few strands
Salt :- As per taste
Big Cardamom :- 1
Small Cardamom :- 4
Cinnamon :- 2-3 sticks
Black pepper :- 10-12
Clove :- 4
