Her passionate talk encourages youths to become agents of change and motivate educators to provide that platform. Theresa Hardy is the founder and executive director of Inspirational Workshops. She has seven years of experience in developing personal development curriculum, facilitating personal development workshops, and empowering young people to embrace their brilliance. Theresa started her journey by working with young women in the YWCA Central Family Emergency Housing in 2012. She provided young adult mothers living in the YWCA shelter with tools to overcome obstacles and create the life they desire.
