Short Stick Basic Defence

Описание: By self-defense we do not mean a duel between people who believe themselves to be experts, but a strategy against the most common attacks. Since most people have a dominant right hand it is good to practice a lot on the most likely angles of aggression. The short stick is very useful for this purpose and, with appropriate precautions, the technique can also be applied against other blunt objects such as a hammer, an ax or a wrench.

IT Per difesa personale non si intende un duello fra persone che si credono esperte, ma una strategia contro le aggressioni più comuni. Poiché la maggior parte delle persone ha la mano destra dominante è bene esercitarsi molto sui più probabili angoli di aggressione. Il bastone corto è molto utile allo scopo e, con opportuni accorgimenti, la tecnica può essere applicata anche contro altri oggetti contundenti come un martello, una accetta o una chiave inglese.
