This is an interview I did with David LaPoint who was portraying Henry Knox. He works with Fort Ticonderoga, a non-profit organization that preserves the historic landmark and sponsors events such as this one to keep the history of early America alive.
This video is part of my continuing series on the Knox Trail 250 event called “To Break the Siege: The Noble Train Arrives”. It was held at The Hartwell Tavern in Lincoln, MA. The event celebrated the 250th anniversary of Henry Knox’s arrival on the outskirts of Boston with 59 cannons that would eventually help end the siege of Boston. It was co-sponsored by Fort Ticonderoga and the Friends of Minute Man National Park.
