Reel - Mediator (Baitcasting)
Line - 66.14 lb (Fluorocarbon)
Lure - Jerkbait 4/0
Technique - 3x Constant or twitch. Speilfinne is usually seen jumping and swimming around the surface.
Note - Above is what gear I used. Gear less stronger might work but will take longer to reel in.
