Twisted Oaks - Mouse Trap - 2nd May 2021

Sorry for the shaky footage but hopefully you can see this run called Mouse Trap is a great run, you can roll the whole thing if you keep your speed down but as you pick up the pace you start to get air off each of the small table jumps, progressing to clearing them like in this video, but it took me many visits to get a 'clean run' down it.

This run is part of the area they call The Traps. There are more to the left as you first drop in but they all have gap jumps so are for experienced riders! However this run is very beginner friendly as it has a good rhythm and encourages you to try it again and again until you’re clearing the tables for a lovely smooth ride down. If you’re looking to build your confidence and experience jumping this is brilliant run to master.

The run finishes at the bottom of the Push Up area where you can ride or walk straight back up the hill for another go…

As it may be obvious I’m not a pro cyclist, just a keen rider who’s been enjoying learning a new Bike Park and wanting to share the easier runs to encourage people to visit.
