Here the journey itself is as intense as the destination. Situated at over 14,000 ft, Nathu La is not just a viewpoint but a historic Indo-China border pass guarded and shaped by military presence and harsh terrain.
On the way lies Tsomgo Lake, a glacial lake at around 12,300 ft, formed by melting snow and surrounded by steep mountains, known for its changing colors and frozen winters.
