En el día dos de Paipa, Boyacá, nos llenamos de campo. Estuvimos en la finca eco-turística El Pinal en donde los llevamos por todo el proceso de producción del queso Paipa: desde el ordeño hasta poner el queso a madurar. También los llevamos a conocer una reliquia histórica de Colombia, la hacienda El Salitre. Este hotel es patrimonio de Paipa y tiene la particularidad que allí durmió Simón Bolívar. En la tarde disfrutamos del centro de aguas termales de Paipa en dónde nos relajamos por el resto de día.

During the second day in Paipa, Boyaca we soak up us of farm-life. We stayed at the eco-touristic farm El Pinar where we carried out all the process to make chees: from milk to leave the cheese on the maturation process. Also we went to visit a relic of the Colombian history a colonial hotel called Hacienda el Salitre. This hotel is heritage of Paipa and is known for being a place where Simón Bolívar slept. During the afternoon we enjoyed of the hot springs in the Centre of Hot Springs of Paipa.
