Make Clackers , Latto-Latto in 5 Minutes

Today I will show you how to make clackers in 5 minutes! These were one of my favorite toys as a child. So sad I don’t have my original clackers from the 70’s. When I saw these big beads at Joann's I immediately thought CLACKERS and figured out how to make myself a new set of clackers! I was so happy!
Sadly, Joann's no longer has these beads anymore.
