Resep Hakong ( Hekeng) udang
Dari 2 kg udang hasilnya 8 batang,
Total berat 2.1kg hakong.
Bahannya :
2 kg Udang Putih ( blum kupas)
4 butir Telur
500gr Lemak Babi
50gr Daun Bawang Bagian Putih
50gr Bawang Putih
300gr Tepung Terigu.
1 lbr Kulit Tahu (58 X 88 cm)
1 sdt Garam
1 sdt Penyedap
1 sdt Kaldu ayam
1 sdt Merica
Udang di cincang kasar
Lemak babi di potong kecil dan di cincang kasar
Kulit tahu di bagi 8 bagian
Semua bahan di campur lalu di bungkus pake kulit tahu.
Di kukus selama 15 menit di atas air mendidih.
Shrimp Hakong (Hekeng) Recipe
From 2 kg of shrimp, we get 8 pieces,
Total weight: 2.1 kg of hakong.
Ingredients:
2 kg of white shrimp (unpeeled)
4 eggs
500g pork fat
50g white part of spring onions
50g garlic
300g wheat flour
1 sheet of tofu skin (58 x 88 cm)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp seasoning
1 tsp chicken stock
1 tsp pepper
Coarsely chop the shrimp
Cut the pork fat into small pieces and roughly chop them
Divide the tofu skin into 8 pieces
Mix all ingredients and wrap them in the tofu skin.
Steer for 15 minutes over boiling water.
