All these songs are songs I listen to when I feel like crying. Crying is very healthy for you since it's hard to keep it all in. I'm a student and I have anxiety and sometimes depression and crying helps me a lot. It's when you keep it in and pretend that you can handle it, that's when it gets worse. So go ahead and cry if you want to cry. There's nothing wrong with crying! In fact, it just shows how strong you are because you know, how to take care of yourself.
And these songs comforts me when I feel like crying and just take a break from my stressful life and pressure from people around me.
