Описание: One thing to remember as an Administrative Assistant is that no two days are the same. However, all the skills you will build and develop over time will help you navigate the context-switching expertise of an Admin professional.

In this video, I will walk you through how I start my day as an Admin Assistant, particularly when I work in the office. Let's face it--starting your work day when you are working from home is very different from when you work in the office.

One of the many tasks of an Admin Assistant in the morning (or depending on your mail frequency) is to retrieve paper mail from the building's mailbox. Your company will have a designated mailbox number and a key (or two). You will want to double-check if all of the mails are addressed to the company or anyone working at the company. If not, I recommend you bring that to the building's leasing office so they can give it to the proper individual/company.

You will see me using my laptop while organizing office supplies. A Grocery List has kept me organized.

I was first an Office Manager when I joined RepeatMD and then transitioned to Admin Assistant 8 months ago when we started working from home. This means all the OM tasks are still going to be my job. So, I am responsible for ensuring that the office is organized and that all food/drinks and supplies are stocked. We might be reopening our office this year (not sure yet), so I need to make sure that everything is ready.
