The widest draw tomorrow in the high numbers but that’s not necessarily a bad thing as there’s plenty of pace in the nearside numbers, and with plenty of rain forecast for tomorrow, down in grade tomorrow he could have plenty in his favour.

The Irish raider White Lavender looks a very strong each way bet. She just failed to catch the leader at Tipperary last time so this extra yardage should help and she acts on all type of ground. Has been consistent in every run since her debut win at Navan in May, never finishing out of the first four.

Gelhorn looks a big price based on her two Newmarket victories. She was below par at Goodwood last time, hence the big price today, but a repeat of his Class 3 handicap win in July could see her go close today

The first of the 3 massive sprint races this weekend is The Bronze Cup and as we are unsure how the draw will work out  we will throw three into the mix with up to 7 places available

We backed Be Proud at Haydock last Sunday when he landed us some place money by finishing 5th. Has a win at Sandown under his belt and good placed efforts at Musselburgh and Haydock so definite each way chances today.

Northernpowerhouse was placed in the Sliver Cup here last year and although his last two efforts were uninspiring this meeting has probably been his long term target and it would be no surprise to see him return to form today

Pearl of Qatar has three wins to her name this year including a course and distance win off her current mark. Her last two runs have been mediocre but there is no doubt that she thrives at this course and is very attractively priced  

Quite a  few bookies are paying 6 places, Sky are paying 7
