As you know I like to be very transparent about my weight loss surgery journey! I could have totally acted like I was eating perfect through out my entire trip but that would be a lie! This day in particular I allowed myself to have fun and not think about calories or ingredients. I listened to my body and stopped when I felt I needed to. Life is about balance even after bariatric surgery. Yes, I was having some good food but I was also exercising a tonnnn and drinking lotssss of water! Long story short I wanted to show ppl that you can still have fun!
