Servus and welcome to my new video.
In this part 6 the ROTAX 122 engine is mounted back to the motorbike frame. That wasnt easy because the engine didnt fit between the swingarm bearings, but with two straps and a good amount of patience it went in.

After all bolts are in and tightened to spec the carb is next. We inspect the disassembled thing and mount everything step by step together. Keep an eye on the fuel filter and all jets.

The carb goes into the frame as well and we can fill in all fluids. The cooling water goes in and the system needs to be drained with the cooler bleeding screw. This is done all explained and shown. Same with the two stroke oil. In the future there will be a detail video for the oil pump. The pump will be completely disassembled and inspected, mounted and bleeded. All this will be explained and shown as well.

At age 15 I bought a Honda NSR 125 - A very good bike, had a ton of fun with it. But like everybody in that age I always wanted a Aprila RS, because its the most powerful 125 2 stroke. But the prizes were higher and the cost for maintenance is also much higher, so I could not afford one.
More than 10 years later I had the chance to buy this RS cheap and now I have the skills to completely repair it.
