We assemble the frame hardware with the Fox Float DPS EVOL shock and the new billet yoke that holds it all together. 2025 Fox 32 Step Cast fork with a reverse arch, new grip damper and a titanium crown race goes on to replace the rest of BRAIN suspension technology.
Headset bearings, stem and bar go on with the controls. Next goes the Sram X01 AXS 12 speed wireless drivetrain with a freshly waxed chain.
Hope Race EVO brakes take the helm in place of the crappy Shimano XT M8000 mineral brakes. I do some GOD level unguided brake hose internal routing.
Next Episode will be the brake bleed, wheels and the rest of the tidy bits to ensure this is the bike the customer wanted.
