We walked through the thought process that traders might use to determine the most appropriate strategy for their goals. Additionally, we placed several example trades on the thinkorswim paperMoney platform to demonstrate these strategies in the current market environment.

Left Click on the Setup (Gear) Icon in the top right corner on Thinkorswim
Select Open Shared Item
In ”Shared Item URL:” Type the script (or copy/paste) into the field. Note: Scripts are case sensitive.
Click Preview
When ”Import Item as:” appears, rename the script (something that makes sense to you!)
Click import.

If it is a study for a chart:
Go to ”Studies Beaker”- Left Click
Choose Edit Studies
Type in Name of your Script. Highlight it.
Click ’Add Selected’
Choose ’Apply’

If it is a study for a watchlist:
Lift Click on the ‘Sprocket Icon’ at the top of the Watchlist
Choose Customize
Type in Name of Script
Choose ‘Add Item’.
Click ‘OK’ (Bottom right corner)
