The summer just got to hot! This 700sq foot AC unit cannot keep up cooling this 240sq foot shed to home - so its time to insulate the 2x4 cathedral / barn style celling.
I will be using Reflectix with a quarter inch gap, and then putting pink panther fiberglass batting over that. May come back over it again and add another layer of Reflectix as the 2x4s do not allow a anything I have found over R-13 / R-15.
It's hard to find anything on this style of insulation so I'm not sure if I'm doing it correctly - most of the stuff online is for full size houses.
If you see I'm doing something wrong please direct me on the right way. Thanks in advance!
