Описание: MANDATORY LICENSE TERMS FOR USE OF 10TH ANNIVERSARY 811 VIDEO CHALLENGE VIDEOS

Common Ground Alliance (CGA) owns, and shall continue to own, all rights, title and interests in those certain

videos produced in connection with the 10th Anniversary 811 Challenge, including without limitation,

copyrights. You (Licensee) are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free, non-assignable, revocable license,

without the right of sublicense, to display such video(s) designated by CGA solely for the following purpose:  to

raise awareness of safe excavation practices for, and prevention of damage to, underground lines and facilities.

 Licensee will not display, or otherwise use, such videos for any other use or purpose.  CGA makes no

warranties in connection such videos or license and will not be liable for indirect, special, exemplary, or

consequential damages regardless of foreseeability of such damages.  CGA's entire liability in connection with

this license and the videos shall be limited to CGA's direct costs associated with providing such videos under

such license to Licensee. CGA may terminate such license at any time by at least 90 days prior written or

electronic notice to Licensee. Licensee accepts the foregoing terms by the earliest of the following to occur:  (a)

download of such videos by or on behalf of Licensee; (b) any display or other use of such videos by or on

behalf of Licensee; or (c) acceptance of such terms by or on behalf of Licensee by any other means, whether

by performance, in writing, or electronically, including, without limitation, by click-through acceptance.
