welcome to the seventh part of this Beast marathon and this time I give you the Snes version which is a bit of a rarity as it was never released.
Was never a fan of the Snes soundchip and I have to say I don't really like this versions soundtrack of this classic game tbh, it's ok but it just doesn't feel atmospheric enough for me unlike the Amiga version.
Sound fx are ok but I HATE the sound fx when you pick up a bonus, it just sounds, how can I say,...too Snezzy.
Graphics are quite nice with added backgrounds and along with those come extra tasks so it does deviate somewhat from the original.
Gameplay is ok but collision detection can be way off as you can see in this vid as I got hit hundreds of times,...good job I used Game Genie infinite energy codes! ;-)
Once again I've included the death screen even though it's very different in this version.

I hope all you Snes fans enjoy this upload.

Please note: NONE of my game uploads are emulated in any way whatsoever, they are 100% original recordings by myself taken directly from the original hardware the game was intended for (except this upload, as unreleased so emulator used), that way you know you're watching the real thing.
