Shoes upper silicone ink screen printing process:
1.Under coating:use crossing linker 360Z-3X with 5% fast dry catalyst to print 2 times
2.Transparent layer printing:use round silicone with 2% fast dry catalyst 866B-2 and 10% thinner 128AH to print 5-6 times
3.Color layer printing:use round silicone with 2% fast dry catalyst 866B-2,10% thinner 128AH,10% any color pigment to print 2 times
4.Glossy layer printing:use glossy silicone 399-3 with 2% fast dry catalyst 866B-2 to print 2 times
Note: The amount of color paste added can not exceed 30%, it is best to add about 10%, the increase of the amount of color paste added will affect the drying, color fastness and dry and wet rub, the diluent added about 10%, depending on the situation.

Product storage
1.Place in a cool and ventilated place at 5-35℃, do not expose to the sun
2.Storage time: 12 months
