Note: There is a +1 Focus Upgrade Item I missed in the video, it is at the end of the Omega Base level when you need to disable the guns. There is a shield agent near a door, the upgrade item is across from him near some boxes.
This video shows the locations of all the items you can collect in Marvel Ultimate Alliance. The only items that lead to Achievements/Trophies are collecting 5 actions figures of Black Panther and Daredevil. There are more than 5 of each action figure but after you collect 5, they turn into XP bonuses. I also refer to all +1 Striking, Body and Focus upgrades as “Upgrade Items” in the video.
