It has been a tough few weeks for me personally. I recently lost a childhood friend to liver disease. It's been extremely difficult to wrap my head around this loss. She was my age, her son is my son's age. It's not fair. It's not right, and it never will be.
I have been extremely sad. It hits me in waves as grief often does. In hopes of helping someone else who is dealing with heavy emotions of grief and sadness, I am sharing this personal tapping video with you.
It's so important to allow your self to feel whatever you are feeling. All too often we try to avoid our feelings because they make us uncomfortable. But, it is through the discomfort that we will find healing.
