Welcome to Vikash Transformations!
In today’s session we practiced a complete Weight Loss & Full Body Yoga Flow.
We began with Surya Namaskar followed by a dynamic sequence including Tadasana Uttanasana Ardha Uttanasana Utkatasana Ashwa Sanchalanasana Adho Mukha Svanasana Bhujangasana Shalabhasana Dhanurasana Vakrasana Ardha Matsyendrasana Markatasana Setu Bandhasana Pawanmuktasana Naukasana Ardha Halasana Viparita Karani Chakki Chalanasana Cat–Cow Balasana and more.
We continued with Pragya Yoga Flow gentle spine work hip-opening stretches and deep relaxation through Shavasana.
The session ended with powerful Pranayama practices: Kapalbhati, Anulom-Vilom and Bhastrika to boost metabolism and energy. Vikash Transformations
