Chinese Pork and Shrimp Siu Mai

Описание: Siu mai or siumai can be made up a variety of different ways using a variety of ingredients. In this recipe, we attempt to keep it as close to traditional Chinese siu mai as possible. We also show you how to make up a simple sauce which uses only soy sauce, chili sauce, and ginger. This delightful little dim sum, combined with its simple sauce, can be made up in about an hour. They are a welcomed addition at parties. Watch the video and give it a try.
