Interrogate Joker to uncover Protocol Ten

Objectives:
Climb to higher ground to contact Alfred
Locate and enter Two-Face's Courthouse
Scan the crime scene for ballistic evidence
Locate the source of the sniper shot
Scan the sniper rifle for forensic evidence
