These setting and video are on a stable test setting, there slower setting but work. video shows and talks about results etc
Update NOTE:
Change bf (bfloat16) to fp (float16) if using RTX20 series, RTX20 series does not support bfloat16,
Rtx30 and up supports bfloat16, Note this does not effect ram use or speed.
