Описание: Here is another experiment with costuming on budget 😅 I wanted to make a bergere style hat, and was looking for proper hat or materials to make it. And then.. I came across those cheape Ikea placemats at €1.49 a piece, and couldn't help myself to give it a try. I'm quite happy withe the shape,it still needs some steaming, shaping and a nicer ribbon, but for less than € 2 and 50 minutes of work it couldn't be much better.
