I would like to warmly welcome Rutendo, Daniel Sky and Dalvin to the Shavershian Fitness family.
Chest and triceps workout
Flat dumbbell chest press (2 warm up sets, 3 working sets) rep range 8-12
Decline machine chess press ( 3 sets) SS with single arm tricep cable extensions. rep range 8-12 for chest , then till failure for triceps on the super set, focus on the squeeze, nice and slow tempo.
4 sets of one arm standing dumbbell flys. Rep range 10-15
4 sets cable cross overs ( rep range 10-15) SS with Underarm Supernated tricep pulldowns (rep range - till failure)
3 sets one arm machine chest press (rep range - till failure). This exercise should be done slow and controlled. Focus on the squeeze guys! you shouldn't be going heavy on this exercise!
3 sets of peck deck (rep range: 10-15) SS seated one arm tricep extensions (rep range: 10-15)
AND MOST IMPORTANTLY TRAIN WITH RAGE, PASSION AND HEART!
