The minister of Public works and Infrastructure, Dean Macpherson has welcomed the Pretoria High Court'ss dismissal of an interdict by individuals, claiming to act on behalf of Black Forum SA and the Izwi Labantu Forum, to suspend the appointments of five Independent Development Trust, or IDT, board members.
The court found that the manner in which the applicants conducted the litigation was egregious and ordered punitive costs. Minister Mcpherson joins us for more.
