Meet Ieuan from Edwards of Conwy! | Cyfarfod â Ieuan o Edwards o Gonwy!
Ieaun is one of our longest serving suppliers, providing our three restaurants (and now our shops) with excellent Welsh beef, pork & more since we first opened in 2012. Now our neighbour on Conwy high-street, the produce from his award winning butchers has set dishes on our menu a cut above the rest, for an entire decade.
Our mission statement is clear, but nothing tells the story better than the landscape of North Wales & the people within it.
