Made with simple ingredients, they’re quick to prep and perfect for any meal. Handle the mince gently and pan fry until golden brown for soft, juicy kebabs every time.
Juicy Chicken Kebabs 😍🔥
Soft, flavorful and perfectly juicy – these chicken kebabs are super easy to make and turn out delicious every single time! Made with simple everyday ingredients and a foolproof method, this recipe is perfect for quick dinners, meal prep, or when you have guests over.
Ingredients:
• Chicken mince – ½ kg
• Fried onion (crispy) – ¼ cup
• Bread slice (soaked & crushed) – only if using frozen mince
• Desi ghee – 1 tsp
• Mayonnaise – 1 tsp
• Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
• Fresh coriander (finely chopped) – ½ bunch
• Green chilies (finely chopped) – 2–3 (optional)
• Cumin seeds (roasted & crushed) – 1 tsp
• Coriander seeds (roasted & crushed) – 1 tbsp
• Coriander powder – 1 tsp
• Red chili powder – 1 tsp
• Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
• Salt – 1 tsp (adjust to taste)
• Baking powder – ¼ tsp
Method:
• In the mince, add all ingredients except the bread slice and mix very well.
• If using frozen mince, add one soaked and crushed bread slice and mix again.
• If using fresh mince, no need to add bread – the kebabs will be softer and juicier, just handle them gently.
• If you have time, leave the mixture aside for half an hour to marinate. If you’re hungry, proceed immediately – they’ll turn out equally tasty.
• Heat a pan on medium-low heat with a little oil.
• Pan fry the kebabs from one side until nicely brown.
• Do NOT flip early or they may break.
• Once browned, flip carefully and cook from the other side as well.
• Serve hot and fresh!
