Slow Life Hokkaido - Fukidashi Park

Описание: Kyogoku Town in western Hokkaido is famous for its spring water which has been designated as a Hokkaido Heritage. One place where you can enjoy this mineral-rich spring water is the Fukidashi Park, located at the foot of Mt. Yotei. The springs gushing in this park flow at a rate of around 80,000 tonnes per day, with a temperature of around 6°C all year round. This water comes from the snow and rain that have fallen on Mt. Yotei, percolating through the rock for decades before bursting out as springs. Many people come to the park with plastic tanks and bottles to take home the refreshing spring water.
