Zoe’s progress reflects ABR’s powerful focus on structural alignment and foundational strength, with notable improvements across her back, core, and legs. By working with connective tissues specific to each area, ABR techniques have given Zoe the structural support she needs to move more naturally and confidently.

Using micro balls and new fingertip work with the new ABR SuperHead, her hand strength and coordination have improved. Her shoulder girdle is now more free, allowing smoother, more fluid movement in her arms and torso. Additionally, the activation in her toes provides essential sensory feedback, boosting her balance—a critical step toward future walking.
