Coins that aren't holdered by NGC happen for a few reasons: they might be tooled, no decision, modern forgeries, have ineligible detail to ID, or not be an eligible type for identification. I ended up having all of those in my 140+ coin submission - my first one - and hopefully the results are informative and help you learn about both the grading process and how to identify suspicious coins.
