How To Create A Safety Plan On A Company Level
1. Identify your company standards.
2. Provide company-specific training of what you expect.
3. Do follow-ups, check-ins and safety inspections.

How To Create A Safety Plan For A Construction Project
1. Your plan and schedule should always include how you're going to build it safely.
2. Create a project-specific safety plan.
3. Design an entire safety system on your logistics plan.
4. Design your safety signage on its own independent plan.
5. Design these elements into your system:
identify your general approach to safety on a project site
who's in charge?
approach for training and orientation
approach for monitoring
approach for correcting deviations from safety plan

How To Prepare For Safety On A Scope Basis With Your Crew
1. Clearly identify the task for the crew.
2. Outline the steps that you are going to follow.
3. Identify the hazards that could happen during each of those steps.
4. Understand what mitigation steps you will implement according to those hazards.
5. Make sure everybody clearly understands.
6. Provide the tools, training, place to work, and time.
